Our Programs
Jeet Kune Do is the name that Bruce Lee gave to his art, which translates into “The way of the intercepting fist”. JKD emphasizes the four ranges of combat: Kicking, Punching, Trapping, and Grappling.
The Filipino Martial Arts covers a wide variety of weapons, as well as empty hand arts. This system is comprised of 12 areas that include the single stick, double stick, stick and dagger, single dagger and double dagger, to name a few.
Wing Chun is a kung fu system from southern China, which specializes in close quarter combat. It is comprised of three empty hand forms (Sil Lum Tao, Chum Kiu, and Biu Jee), as well as the wooden dummy techniques, the six and a half point pole, and the butterfly knifes.
